Important information for all coming to the conference

  1. Arrival Time: Plan to arrive by 8:00 am SAT in order to give yourself time to park, unload, get a registration packet, and be in your seat by 9 am sharp.
  2. Greeters: Our welcome team will be in the parking lot to assist you in unloading luggage and material for presentations.
  3. Carpooling: If carpooling is an option for you, please do so.
  4. Luggage: Bags can be brought to the inner courtyard area of Santa Sabina where it will be safe, or unloaded later after you have registered.
  5. Elevator: There is an elevator inside the main bldg for access to the 2nd floor.
  6. Vendor Room: This year vendors will be the Library, off the Pillow Room in the main building. All vendors must confirm a space with the team before the conference, as space is limited.

BRING WITH YOU

  1. Bathing suit and towel if you intend to do the Water Ritual with Mandaza.
  2. Your own water bottle.
  3. Layers of clothes for both hot and cool weather.

There is a marvelous program planned and you wont want to miss a moment of it.
